RETURNS POLICY
30-DAY RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUND CONDITIONS
Clothing items must be returned in new, unwashed condition, with no signs of wear
Products must be accompanied by proof of purchase, must be in new condition and have never been used.
In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange or return the goods belongs to alanisnienow.store.
CANCEL ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Return requests are only accepted within 24 hours.
TRANSPORT
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
In case of an error from the store, we will exchange the product for you free of charge.
MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED
We will try our best to avoid damage. If this happens, you can refuse to accept delivery at the delivery point and the product will be returned with the driver.
Please take photos of the damaged item if possible. Please contact us via email [email protected] or call us please attach pictures.
REFUND POLICY
Please inspect your product upon receipt and notify us of any defects, missing or misdelivered products. You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery. If the deadline is exceeded, unfortunately we will not refund or exchange the product.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF ANY)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
