Order processing time: As fashionistas ourselves, we understand the importance of quick turnaround times. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of order. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

We ship your order within an estimated time of 7 to 20 business days from the date of order. While we make every effort to ship your order within the estimated time frame, there may be times when natural disasters or holidays occur. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a delay in transit, we will contact you via email.

TRANSPORTATION COSTS

Standard shipping: $6.99 on all orders.

TRANSPORTATION UNIT

We work with the United States Postal Service and other carriers depending on your package to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking code via email so you can track the status of your order online.

PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED

We will do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. If the package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try to assist you to the best of our ability.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We want to make sure your order reaches you. You ensure that you provide accurate and complete address information.

Signature Policy: Customers must sign the package after the product is delivered.

CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. If you need an update, please contact us within 24 business hours of your order.
